There is a private room. I think that it is okay to reserve a private room in the shop in advance.
Lunch is a set of 4,000 yen a little and put a drink and it is about 5,000 yen
Yes
Always the cheapest one you can leave (lol) 8000 yen There are three kinds of prices that you can choose.
No. According to the 2018 and 2019 Michelin guide there is no star awarded to Kyubey. https://guide.michelin.co.jp
How is a bar? I recommend"BarMitsuishi". https://goo.gl/maps/m5ZbjAdZx7N2
Probably yes, if you dont mind risking some disapproving looks by the staff. They're somewhat snobbish.
Yes!
no dress code, but it may be goog for u not to be too casual. enjoy
A true gastronomical experience! Such a highlight of our trip to Tokyo in a magical setting where we enjoyed the full omakase. It wasn’t overly stuffy or too serious- the chef joked with us, explained each fish he served and was a delight to have. I’m glad it wasn’t overly quiet or too serious. Hope to come back one day!
Wow! Amazing sushi but a little pricey. The waitresses wearing geisha gear was a great experience! Wish we could've tipped for some of the best sushi service we ever had compared in the states.
We made reservations in advance at the bar using a set menu and it was an amazing experience. We were right beside the chef, watching him serve the freshest ingredients. Like the shrimp was jumping off the cutting board trying to run away from the chef. 😂 And the ladies serving our drinks were equally as attentive and nice as the chefs. Best sushi experience I've ever had. Would do again.
We had a group of eight without a reservation. They fit us in with little problem and were wonderfully pleasant. There were about seven courses for their suggested dinner and all were delish. They highlighted the best parts of Japanese cuisine. The dinner was on tatami mat/the floor so that was a bit of a problem for some of our older members. They said that they had other tables but they were already reserved.
We had a reservation for lunch. We arrived early and were seated immediately in the second floor. Every seat was filled shortly after we arrived. The seating is a traditional 1on1 with the sushi chef. The courses came out in a timely manner and the staff were very attentive to your drink and other amenities. The lunch menu was incredible and our chef was very entertaining. He humored my low level of Japanese and was very friendly. I was definitely worth the price.
What an incredible experience! Worth the price! Pro tip: reserve as early as possible. If you don’t know Japanese, get your hotel to book it!
Where to begin, the service was spot on. Great sushi chefs with great English and sense of humor. I did the 16 sushi with one of the best, if not the best miso soup ever. It was 15,000 for that and wife did the the 12 piece for 10,000. What a treat, a must visit.
One of the most popular sushi restaurants in town. Serving good nigiri sushi, price is slightly high but worth the price. Reservations at night highly recommended, and come early to sign up for lunch time spaces. Service is above average, most of the customers are tourists. Good beginning place for those who would like to try high end sushi restaurant in Tokyo.
OMG! If you can get in here, you must. 5 levels of sushi glory, each chef only looking after a couple of customers means you get perfect care and service.Trust the chefs, they might serve up things new to you (was for us), but it is completely worth it.FWIW, our chef had been a sushi chef for 50 years!!
I heard this place is famous around Tokyo. I have to book 2 weeks in advance to get the reservations. I would recommend to get the counter seats for the best experience. You get to see the chef make those delicous sushi for you.Price is not really that bad. I was expecting to shell out more but for the basic sushi experience with the best sake I’ve tasted is only around 130 USD.One of my friends doesn’t like seafood but he was able to enjoy most of the food served, very fresh and seasoned just right.
Best sushi ever! The chef was very kind and also explained the sushi’s. The quality was excellent and the menu with 15 Nigiri peaces was sufficient and the price is fair. The experience worth every penny. Congratulations to the chef!!
The best sushi ever. Each piece is just🤯. The Uni gunkan maki is simply the best single bite in my life.Although it is quite pricy, it is well worth it. I first found out about it on Worth It Sushi episode.
Authentic and best sushi ever. You can also see how they make it. Thanks to my dear Japanese friend to recommend it to me.
Generous portions, we ordered the cheapest set menu and really enjoyed the experience. Loved each of the types of sashimi and the description of each.
Amazing sushi and an amazing host, our chef du sushi. ðŸ˜âœŒAwesome recommendation from our hotel Park Hyatt. We will definitely be back again in the future.
Amazing experience. The food was phenomenal and the service was very kind and attentive. Owner also came by to say hello, what a great & funny man.
Service was wonderful. Food was phenomenal. Atmosphere was very relaxed and the price is low for the quality.
